Please refrain from opening unnecessary disputes, as this process may take up to 90 days or more to resolve. For refund requests, please send all your concerns to payment@oukitelsore.co.za

For delayed deliveries due to logistics or any other circumstances, please communicate with us. We are always available and we update all our customers in case of any delayed orders.
